This model comes with 4 way stretch nylon on both sides with the black cellular with a medium density neoprene sandwiched in between.  Royal Blue 4 way stretch nylon on one side and Black  4 way stretch nylon on the other side.  This nylon exterior helps protect the cellular neoprene from wear and tear while allowing the cellular neoprene to stretch, flex, and bend nearly unlimited.

sizes available are all a minimum of 54″ long and are available in the following size widths:  6″, 12″, 18″,  24″, 30″, 36″, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66, 72, 78, 84, 90, 96, 102, 108, 114, 120″ widths All by 5mm thick at ONLY about $1.20 per inch on larger sizes!! Large bulk sizes and prices available.
For example at piece of this high quality neoprene that is 54″ long (the constant)  X 24″ wide X 5mm thick would only cost $24 plus shipping but a smaller piece only 6″ wide would only cost $8 plus economy shipping AND weigh less than 1 pound!!  Any typical “new car smell” will dissipate in about 2 weeks so sooner in an open fresh air area.
