PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
We ask that you pay within 7 days of purchase.  If for some reason, you need longer, please contact us to make arrangements.
Shipments go out Monday through Friday and your package will be sent out within one business day of payment.  With echeck payments, it will be sent out once the payment has cleared.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted.  You must return within 30 days and the product must be in new condition with original packaging still intact.  Buyer should email before returning any item and is responsible for shipping both ways.  If returning for a refund, buyer will receive price of item less the postage we paid to ship item to you.
If there is a damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible.
